Binibining Pilipinas Grand International Samantha Panlilio delivered a stellar performance at the Miss Grand International 2021's preliminary competition on December 2.

For her introduction, Panlilio graced the MGI stage on a Rian Fernandez creation filled with embellishments and surprised the crowd when she suddenly dropped the sheer cape of her outfit.

Dubbed as “Layag Balangay”, the bespoke gown was inspired by the seafaring vessel in the Philippines made out of wood.

Panlilio then slayed the swimsuit round with her perfect turns and form as she appeared in a blue one-piece swimwear. She even gave an exciting shimmy at the end of her pasarela.

Panlilio earlier wowed with her walk during the swimsuit presentation at the Yacht Marina Chalong, and with her dazzling gold "Paruparo" outfit" in the national costume show.

The Binibining Pilipinas beauty hopes to be the first Filipina win the Miss Grand International crown.
