The Philippines' Anna Lakrini was named first runner-up at Miss Globe 2023's Miss Bikini competition!

In an Instagram post, Binibining Pilipinas said that Anna received an "ALL-5 score" during the competition's first round.

Anna wore a black one-piece swimsuit with cut-out detailing and had her sleek, straight hair in a high ponytail.

The beauty queen said that she has faced a lot of discrimination because of her appearance.

"I, myself, faced a lot of discrimination because of my skin color and what I look like. And also because I got body shamed for gaining a little weight, but I'm here to embrace myself, embrace the diversity that I embody," she said.

"And I hope that everyone out there is inspired to shine their own because everybody, no matter what skin color, no matter what body size they have, is beautiful," Anna continued.

The Miss Bikini 2023 award eventually went to Miss Brazil.

Anna was named Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2023 in May.

She also got the Best in Swimsuit award during the coronation night.

Anna is currently vying for the country's third Miss Globe crown after Ann Colis and Maureen Montagne.

The Miss Globe 2023 coronation night will take place in Tirana, Albania on November 17.
