Nicole Borromeo is a head-turner in Japan!

On Instagram, the Filipina beauty queen shared new photos of herself wearing a kimono, a traditional Japanese garment and national dress of Japan, as part of the preliminary functions for Miss International 2023.

In the photos, Nicole wore a floral kimono in pink and sky blue.

“[How] do you like this kimono on me?," she wrote in the caption.

“[Felt] so beautiful in the elegance of my first time wearing a kimono at the Kimono Shop in Yamashiro Onsen!” she added.

During her visit to the Kimono Shop, Nicole said she learned so much about the traditional garment and enjoyed the careful styling of her hair with flowers.

Earlier this month, Nicole flew to Japan to represent the Philippines for Miss International 2023. The coronation night is on Thursday at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo.
