Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and Miss Grand International 2016 1st Runner-Up Nicole Cordoves returned to host the much-anticipated event for the third time. They were joined this year by Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2014 Mary Jean Lastimosa.

The event was judged by Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz, presidential son William Vincent Araneta Marcos, Miss International 2022 Jasmin Selberg, Peter Zwiener of Wolfgang's Steakhouse, Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan, actor Piolo Pascual, social media personality Small Laude, Philippine Tatler editor-in-chief Anton San Diego, BAFTA and Golden Globe nominee Dolly de Leon, SB19 member Josh Cullen, and members of the BPCI Executive Committee.

Singer Darren Espanto opened this year's production. The Unkabogable Vice Ganda gave a dazzling performance of her latest single 'Rampa' during the swimsuit round.

Binibining Pilipinas 2023 was co-presented by Araneta City and Bingo Plus.
